    Every time I go through the drive through its always "there will be a 2,5 or 7 minute wait on that".After waiting the allocated time and then some I go in and find my order still coming. And they are surprised I want my money back, no apologies. I think if more people did that or just sat at the food window till you got what you paid for, they may actually think we should give better service.
